Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-4 level in the Federal service.
• Specialized experience includes data entry, compiling information, preparing and submitting reports, and database maintenance.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information (electronic and print).
• Communication and interpersonal relation skills to relate to customers verbally and in writing.
• Education can be substituted with four years of education above high school in accredited programs.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will handle security-related duties within VHA Police Services.
• You will use various computer and automation systems and ensure proper reporting of security incidents.
