Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor security guards across regional locations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct random, unannounced site visits to ensure guards are on time and in proper uniform.
• Shift Coverage: Cover shifts at short notice in case of call-offs or emergencies.
• Client Relations and Incident Management: Serve as on-site contact for clients and respond to incidents with detailed reports.
