Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Security Supervisor in the Boston/Cambridge area. The role pays $25/hour and operates Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm.

A valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and the ability to pass a 5-year RMV records check are required. Responsibilities include supervising Security Officers, patrolling multiple premises, reporting incidents, and coordinating with local law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Security experience.
• Must provide 5 years of previous work history and be able to explain gaps.
• Must provide 10 years of housing history.
• Must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must have a valid Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of Security Officers, ensuring officers stay on task, in full uniform, and provide excellent customer service.
• Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary.
• Operate mobile unit to monitor exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed daily incident reports.
• Ensure proper forms related to patrol activities are completed and submitted.
