Job summary

New England Secure, LLC is seeking a Regional Armed Security Supervisor to oversee armed operations in the Greater Boston region and Natick/Framingham areas. You will conduct unannounced site visits, respond to alarms, supervise on-site officers, and ensure compliance with licensing and post orders.

The role requires holding an Active LTC in MA, firearms qualification, 1–3 years in security, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Travel between Massachusetts sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Active LTC in Massachusetts (good standing).
• Must pass firearms training and qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years in security; armed post or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history for regional travel between sites.
• Willingness to work a fluid schedule averaging 40–50 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Armed Site Supervision: conduct unannounced visits to client sites, ensuring officers are compliant with uniform standards and post orders.
• Alarm & Incident Response: respond to alarms and incidents across regions, coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.
• Staff Oversight: supervise, coach, and hold accountable armed and unarmed officers at client sites.
• Scheduling: manage scheduling activities for supervised sites and personnel.
• Incident Reporting: document site visits, inspections, and incidents using digital logging software.
• Emergency Shift Coverage: be ready to cover an open post, including armed posts, when needed.
• Compliance: ensure armed personnel maintain licensing, certifications, and adherence to policies.
