Qualifications

Minimum of (5) years of prior peace officer experience from a Federal, state, county, or local law enforcement agency and completion of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) academy, or completion of a Federal, state, county, or local law enforcement training academy with a verifiable certificate or transcript.

Valid California State Guard card.

CPR/First Aid certification.

Baton certification.

Demonstrate ability to read, write and converse clearly in English.

Satisfactory completion of initial drug test and criminal background check.
