The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to client rules in a dynamic security environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand and patrol for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of security supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer application knowledge.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
• Be flexible in their schedule.
• Great attendance record.
• Must pass the MVR.
• Preferred experience with metal detectors and security wands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and mentor security officers during swing shift operations.
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed, and officers are adhering to policies and post orders.
• Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and patrols to ensure operational readiness.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, unusual activity, etc.,
• Enforce company policies, client rules, and safety standards consistently.
• Provide coaching, corrective guidance, and on-the-job training.
