Job summary

Hilton in Atlanta is seeking a Security Supervisor to help safeguard guests and property while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for. You will lead a security team, coordinate emergency responses, and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.

In this role, you’ll monitor premises, investigate incidents, and perform hands-on security duties as needed, contributing to a safe, calm, and memorable stay for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in security supervision or leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify risks and security issues.
• Coordinate and support responses to emergencies, fires, and security threats.
• Supervise, train, and develop Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance.
• Lead preliminary investigations and document findings for accurate reporting.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
• Support emergency responses: Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents
• Promote workplace safety: Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members
• Provide security back up: Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required
