Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking an experienced Security Officer to safeguard guests, team members and facilities at the iconic 757‑room hotel adjacent to Oriole Park and the Inner Harbor. You’ll patrol, monitor, respond to incidents, and uphold hospitality excellence in a dynamic, guest‑centered environment.

The role includes a $1,000 retention bonus paid across milestones, plus comprehensive benefits and career growth within Hilton’s global hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
• Assist with investigations: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of security reports and records
• Respond to emergencies: Assist in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats
• Provide exceptional guest assistance: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

As a Security Officer, you’re not just ensuring guest, team member, and facility safety – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. This position is being offered a $1000 retention bonus, paid out as follows: $250.00 after the first 90 days probationary employment, $250.00 after 6 months of employment and $500.00 after 1 year of employment
