Job summary

Prosegur seeks a Security Site Supervisor to lead a busy retail location, overseeing a team of officers and ensuring safety for employees, shoppers, and property. You will build a strong client relationship and compete daily on delivering proactive security.

You'll run shift briefings, manage staffing, oversee access control and incident reporting, coach officers, and act as the site’s face during routine safety reviews and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in retail security, including 1+ year supervising a team.
• Strong communication and a calm, professional presence under pressure.
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings and staffing to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee access control, patrols, visitor/vendor management and alarm response.
• Maintain logs and incident reports; escalate when needed.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact and support safety programs.

What You'll Do

Lead the Site

• Run daily shift briefings, assign posts, and make sure staffing always meets contract requirements
• Oversee access control, patrols, visitor/vendor management, and alarm response
• Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports; catch and fix issues before they become problems

Lead the Team

• Build the schedule, manage timekeeping, and keep coverage solid through call-offs and vacations
• Coach and train officers — post orders, emergency response, de-escalation — and help them grow
• Deliver fair, consistent feedback and support recruiting/onboarding for new hires

Be the Face of the Site

• Serve as the client's go-to contact, with regular check-ins and service reviews
• Partner with facilities, HR, and safety teams on audits, campaigns, and special events
• Share clear incident summaries and performance updates

Keep Everyone Safe

• Lead the response to emergencies — medical, evacuations, severe weather, and more
• Enforce uniform standards and keep equipment (radios, AEDs, flashlights) mission-ready
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of retail security experience, including 1+ year supervising a team.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence under pressure
• Comfort with CCTV/access control systems and Microsoft 365
• Flexibility for variable shifts, weekends/holidays, and occasional after-hours response
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screenin g

Pay rate: $31/hour | Weekly Pay |

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Day Shifts (Flexibility Sunday - Monday is a MUST)
