The Security Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, and supervise the security staff in the director's absence.

Qualifications

• 2nd Shift Supervisory Position
• 1-3 years security experience required
• 1-year minimum supervisory experience required
• Metropolitan Security License required
• High School diploma or equivalent training or experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of local laws, investigative methods, and fire safety
• Valid CPR and first aid certification or ability to obtain
• Certification in alcohol awareness or ability to obtain
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
• Clear communication skills
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet use
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
