Job summary

Sixteenth Street Community Health Center in Milwaukee is seeking a security supervisor to support the Security Manager. You will lead security staff, maintain a safe environment, and ensure friendly service to staff, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities include patrolling agency sites, greeting visitors, preparing reports, and training personnel according to SSCHC policies. Flexibility for irregular hours and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have basic reading and writing skills for reports.
• English language proficiency for security purposes.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Must follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to staff, employees, clients, patients, volunteers and visitors.
• Maintain a friendly, congenial attitude and assist clients and patients.
• Perform basic patrolling at SSCHC agency sites and other required locations.
• Work hours include 7:00 A.M.–11:00 P.M. weekdays, and varied weekend shifts.
• Greet clients and direct them to destinations; report incidents and paperwork.
• Train staff per SSCHC policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Oversee security operations in absence of Security Manager; coordinate with leadership.
