Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Driver’s License is required.
• Experience in Security and Mental Health is required.
• Ability to obtain DCJS unarmed Security Officer certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive security knowledge and risk mitigation.
• Identify, assess, and resolve safety and security concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate clearly and professionally and coach staff as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation of training and compliance.
• Monitor and track employee training programs.
• Be available to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
