Job summary

Makena Beach & Golf Club in Hawaii is seeking a Full-Time Security Supervisor to lead the security team, manage daily operations, and ensure the safety of members, guests, and assets on site.

You will supervise security personnel on duty, coordinate patrols and emergency responses, and maintain documentation with detailed reports while delivering first-class service in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Hawaii Guard Card required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a security officer role; hospitality or luxury experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform concierge level protection services for high net-worth members, guests and prospects.
• Provide superior customer service to standards of Mākena.
• Secure and protect assets: people, facilities, and property.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with security leadership and external emergency services.
• Process access-control and deny unauthorized individuals.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports.
• Oversee and coordinate contract service personnel as needed.
