Job summary

Makena Beach & Golf Club is seeking a Full-Time Security Supervisor to join the Security team. The role involves concierge level protection during mobile patrols at Mākena, delivering superior service and protecting assets, people and property.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in security, hospitality or luxury experience, Hawaii Guard Card, and flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a security officer role; hospitality or luxury experience preferred.
• Hawaii Guard Card required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge level protection for high net-worth members, guests and prospects during mobile patrols.
• Deliver superior customer service to Mākena standards.
• Secure company assets and protect people, facilities and property; protect reputation and intellectual assets.
