Hilton in Minneapolis is seeking a Security Supervisor to safeguard guests and assets across our properties. You will lead a team of security guards, perform patrols, respond to incidents, and promote a safe, welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, incident reporting, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates should bring prior security supervisory experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to the light and warmth of Hilton

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols across interior and exterior hotel premises to identify safety risks and address threats
• Coordinate and support emergency responses to incidents such as fires and medical emergencies
• Supervise and develop security staff, including scheduling and performance guidance
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security events
• Promote workplace safety by enforcing protocols and best practices among team members
• Provide security back-up and step in for officer duties as needed

As a Security Supervisor, and facility safety – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
• Support emergency responses: Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents
• Promote workplace safety: Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members
• Provide security back up: Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required
