Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State or municipal security officer license.
• Ability to obtain security guard license within acceptable period.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead security personnel to meet contract requirements with coaching and mentoring.
• Handle scheduling, overtime, daily logs, and incident reviews.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervisees.
• Maintain professionalism and assist customers and guests.
• Maintain visibility in the facility.
• Monitor environment for suspicious/unsafe activity.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response and action plans.
• Initiate investigations and document reports.
• Prepare accident and incident reports.
