Job summary

Harvard Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a portfolio of client accounts and deliver professional security and life safety services. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure contract requirements are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate incident reporting, respond to emergencies, and prepare regular management reports. A security officer license and reliable transportation are required, with industry-standard

Qualifications

• State or municipality mandated security officer licenses.
• 1-3+ years civilian law enforcement or private or corporate security experience.
• 2-4+ years military experience with a favorable discharge.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer-focused security and life safety services.
• Lead security personnel and supervise daily operations for client facilities.
• Schedule shifts, manage overtime, review daily logs and incident reports.
• Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain timekeeping records and assist with incident investigations.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly manager reports.
• Respond to emergencies and execute established procedures.
• Procure and maintain uniforms and equipment as needed.

Job Summary

Our Site Supervisors / Our Security Supervisors support Harvard Protection in our goal of providing best in class security and life safety services. Our Supervisors are responsible for providing professional customer-focused security and life safety services for the people and the property they protect and our employees that they lead. Position is responsible for day-to-day leadership and supervision of a portfolio of customer accounts.

• A true Leadership position
• Ensure quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements
• Regularly inspect, supervise, train, coaching, mentor, and lead security personnel assigned to the facility/building
• Perform operations related functions that include; scheduling, overtime management, review of daily logs and incident reports, training and development of staff
• Assist in monitoring/developing staff performance to include supervision, evaluations, disciplinary matters, training, scheduling, callouts, assigning work
• Assist in maintaining up to date and accurate timekeeping systems and records for staff
• Provide immediate response to emergencies and issues that arise
• Follow and coordinate established emergency response, action planning and procedures
• Maintain availability and to portfolio of accounts assigned
• May be required to initiate preliminary investigations into incidents
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, as required
• Prepare required weekly, bi-weekly and monthly manager reports
• Assist to procure, process and maintain uniforms and equipment
• The essential duties and responsibilities may differ by customer location assigned
