Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our client sites. You will supervise on-site guards, ensure high service standards, and support the development of staffing schedules and payroll reporting.

We seek candidates with prior security supervisor experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a thorough screening. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and the role offers competitive hourly pay and benefit

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Integrate GardaWorld core values into all business practices

Qualifications ofSecurity Supervisor

• Be authorized towork in the U.S.
• MUST BE 21 AND OVER WITH VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE / NO RESTRICTION B
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUSSECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

First aid certification is an asset

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Previoussupervisory experience is preferred

You have a state license ifrequired
