Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at client sites in Claude, TX.

You will read environments, anticipate risk, and supervise staffing to ensure service excellence on a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
• Previous security supervisor experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at the facility to a high standard
• Ensure GardaWorld core values are reflected in operations
• Develop and implement staffing schedules and payroll reports
• Maintain strong relationships with client and staff as liaison
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras for proper functioning
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Coordinate with law enforcement on serious incidents

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.

• Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard

• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff

• React quickly to threats or incidents

• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

• Document incidents and actions taken

• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• MUST BE 21 AND OVER WITH VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE / NO RESTRICTION B

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

• First aid certification is an asset

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred

• You have a state license if required
