Security Site Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead the security team at an assigned property. This position requires a strong combination of security experience, leadership ability, customer service, and personnel management.

The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site leader for the security team and will be responsible for maintaining professional standards, ensuring officers follow post orders and client expectations, and addressing day-to-day operational and personnel concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and provide daily direction to assigned security officers.
• Ensure officers report to work on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for duty.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate important property, security, and client updates.
• Monitor officer performance and address attendance, professionalism, and performance concerns.
• Ensure all patrols, checkpoints, access-control duties, and other post responsibilities are completed properly.
• Review daily activity reports, incident reports, and other security documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, tenant concerns, and other security-related situations.
• Maintain strong communication with security management, property management, and client representatives.
• Assist with training and onboarding new officers assigned to the property.
• Identify opportunities to improve security procedures and overall site operations.
• Maintain a professional, customer-service-focused environment while holding the security team accountable to established standards.

Qualifications

Security and/or people-management experience is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience supervising employees, leading teams, or working in a position involving personnel accountability.

Previous security experience is strongly preferred, particularly in a Site Supervisor, Lead Officer, Security Director, or similar leadership role.

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable providing corrective feedback and direction, demonstrate sound judgment during incidents and emergencies, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Applicants should also be dependable, professional in appearance and conduct, comfortable using computers and mobile reporting applications, and able to communicate effectively with both security personnel and clients.
