Sunstates Security is hiring for Unarmed Security Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for a full-time position, starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay.

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will manage daily operations and serve as a working third-shift patrol officer. You must cover open shifts yourself or arrange coverage, ensuring continuous site protection.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field.

The Security Site Supervisor performs duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, requiring thorough knowledge and quick, efficient action according to directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel
• Patrol the site actively, responding to incidents and maintaining visibility
• Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in to cover open posts
• Maintain communication with clients and relay procedural updates
• Train staff on security protocols
• Document site activity through detailed reports
• Respond rapidly to emergencies
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and regulations
