Sunstates Security is hiring for an Unarmed Security Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for a full-time position starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay.

This leadership role requires active engagement on the ground, managing daily operations and serving as a third-shift patrol officer. You may need to cover open shifts or arrange coverage to ensure continuous site protection.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in security.

Responsibilities include reading and understanding Post Orders and SOPs, acting quickly and efficiently according to directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
• Patrol the site actively, responding to incidents and maintaining a visible presence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in to cover posts.
• Communicate with clients and relay procedural updates to the team.
• Train staff on security protocols.
• Document site activity through detailed reports.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and regulations.
