Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Security Supervisor in Miami to lead security operations for the casino, hotel and property assets. You will supervise security staff, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and ensure guest and employee safety around the property.
Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 2 years security or law enforcement experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.

The Security Supervisor is also responsible for the security and control of the casino's property and its assets. This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service, and may involve handling problem guests.

Wind Creek Hospitality Security Teams operate 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Days/shifts are assigned to meet the needs of the organization, and are subject to change to meet the needs of the organization. Positions include week-end and holiday shifts.
