Resolute Baptist Hospital is seeking a security supervisor to oversee shift staff and ensure a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will supervise security personnel, coordinate daily operations, and support the integrity of physical security systems.

Ideal candidates have supervisory security experience, relevant Texas licensure, and healthcare security knowledge. This full-time role requires compliance with facility policies and timely certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Must obtain and maintain appropriate state licensure/certification within 60 days.
• Level II Noncommissioned Security Officer with the Texas Commission on Private Security within 60 days of hire.
• Valid state driver's license and Healthcare Provider BLS (ARC or AHA); BLS within 60 days.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) within 60 days of employment or transfer date.

This position is responsible for the shift supervision and monitoring of security personnel engaged in the duty of providing a secure environment. These duties include, but are not limited to, the daily operations of security, and assist in the coordination of the integrity and proper functioning of all physical security systems during their assigned shifts. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Three to five years in a security role, law enforcement or military disciplines or equivalent training which might include criminal justice, homeland security, or law enforcement academy is preferred).

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of supervisory experience or progressively increased responsibility around supervisory-type duties.
