Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Security Supervisor for the Royal Palm South Beach Miami project. Lead security operations and a team to ensure guest and staff safety with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

You will uphold high security standards, coordinate incident responses, and communicate effectively with hotel leadership while supporting a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in security or hotel security preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong report writing skills for investigations and incidents.
• Knowledge of fire, security and keyless access systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years prior supervisory position in security/law enforcement, hotel preferred
• CPR Certification
• Strong report writing of investigations and incidents
• The ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical data
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office to perform budgeting, payroll, and other communications
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and motivate staff
• Knowledgeable of fire, security, and keyless access systems
• Requires grasping, extensive walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, smelling and visual acuity
