FASCore Construction LLC seeks a Security Supervisor for the Jeffersonville, Indiana project to lead the security team and protect facilities, personnel, and assets.

You will oversee daily security operations, enforce safety regulations, and respond promptly to incidents on site. Experience in physical security and strong de-escalation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related field.
• Knowledge of emergency response including first aid, CPR, AED.
• Familiarity with access control systems and incident reporting.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.

FASCore Construction LLC is a Texas-based engineering and construction company building advanced manufacturing facilities across the U.S. This position is for our Jeffersonville, Indiana project (Louisville area).

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, personnel, and assets. You will oversee daily security activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and respond swiftly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel, assign patrol routes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and CCTV surveillance to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Manage access control systems, verify identities, and perform background checks on visitors or contractors as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, executing fire safety procedures and operating AEDs; carry Taser devices and firearms where authorized.
• Write detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations or emergencies.
• Provide first aid and CPR during medical emergencies.
• Train team members on de-escalation, safe manual handling, and security regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
• Knowledge of emergency response including first aid, CPR, AED operation, fire safety, and conflict management.
• Familiarity with access control systems, incident report writing, and background checks.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Prior experience supervising security teams or leading patrols is highly desirable.
