The role focuses on coaching staff, enforcing procedures, and coordinating with local authorities to maintain a safe environment for shoppers and tenants. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security with supervisory experience, a valid State Guard License, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• 2+ years of security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Valid State Guard License required.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform Security Officer duties when needed.
