Base Pay Range

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Wage: $23.00 for Security Supervisors and $21.25 for Control Room Security Officers

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday: 2nd Shift Supervisor
• Monday & Tuesday: Control Room Security

Job Responsibilities

• Perform foot patrols (indoor/outdoor), stand for long periods
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain good computer skills

Essential Functions

• Supervise security personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and report incidents
• Coach and discipline staff, conduct training
• Assist with payroll and staffing coverage
• Prepare reports, inspect posts, and meet with clients
• Perform supervisory duties including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience
• Preferred: 2 years retail security experience
