Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Supervisor in Abilene, TX to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. You will supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, provide leadership, and ensure safety of people, property, and assets.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing policies, responding to incidents, maintaining incident reports, and coordinating with client representatives. The role may perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security-related training or experience, including lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Position Overview
