Securitas Global Clients America in Abilene, TX is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an assigned client site. You will supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel to protect people and assets.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to policies, incident response, and accurate reporting. You may perform Security Officer duties when needed and coordinate with client representatives to maintain a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security-related training or experience, including lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Security Officers and Lead Officers on site.
• Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
• Monitor daily activities and maintain a strong security presence.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing direction and leadership during critical situations.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation, including incident and activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with client representatives, employees, and team members.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and directives.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
• Step in to perform Security Officer duties as required within the scope of the assignment.
