Job summary

Leidos is seeking a junior Security Specialist to support the 55 WG at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance to support SCI security programs including indoctrinations, visits, access control, and SOP maintenance.

The position also involves assisting with SCIF accreditation, security documentation, training, and quarterly inspections while ensuring compliance with DoW/NSA/USAF directives and program management.

Qualifications

• Current DoW Top Secret/SCI
• Current or ability to pass a polygraph
• High school diploma and five years of related experience, or an associate's degree and three years of related experience
• Knowledge of DoW, NSA and USAF security directives

Responsibilities

• Provide security oversight for SCIF construction projects, including opening/closing sites and managing entry control lists.
• Conduct SCI indoctrination and debriefings; maintain security databases.
• Process foreign travel and SCI visitation requests; update SCIF access lists.
• Create SCIF access badges; assist with annual inventory and CIP testing.
• Assist with SCIF accreditation standards, IDS systems, and incident response procedures.
• Conduct SCIF after-hours inspections and quarterly/annual inspections.
• Review and update SOPs and Emergency Action Plans; provide classified storage/transport support.
