Job summary

The United States Space Force Forces at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a MILCON Site Security Assistant (GG-0080-11) to support NSIC/IN/S10 under DCIPS. The role leads personnel through the SCI lifecycle, from vetting to indoctrination, monitoring, and debriefs.

Ideal candidates will have SPED SFPC within 24 months, strong public speaking and customer service, and experience with DISS and the Microsoft 365 Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of information, industrial, personnel, and physical security concepts and practices.
• Experience guiding personnel through SCI lifecycle from vetting to debriefs.
• Strong public speaking and customer service focus.
• Experience with DISS and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide military, civilian, and contractor personnel through the SCI lifecycle from vetting to debriefs.
• Educate and advise on security programs and procedures.
• Support DCIPS and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Provide clear oral and written communications.
