The United States Space Force Forces at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a MILCON Site Security Assistant (GG-0080-11) to support NSIC/IN/S10 under DCIPS. The role leads personnel through the SCI lifecycle, from vetting to indoctrination, monitoring, and debriefs.

Ideal candidates will have SPED SFPC within 24 months, strong public speaking and customer service, and experience with DISS and the Microsoft 365 Suite.

The SSO is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Security Specialist to joint our Personnel Security branch. In this role, you will guide military, civilian and contractor personnel through the SCI lifecycle - from initial vetting and indoctrination to ongoing monitoring, reporting and final debriefs.

3. Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the installation.
4. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately.
5. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
