Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and property across our sites in Minnesota. You will perform foot and vehicle patrols, monitor security systems, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a positive brand experience for employees and guests.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, supporting gatehouse logistics, and collaborating with Human Resources and Corporate Security to handle investigations. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in physical security or operations center preferred.
• CPR/First aid certification or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patrols on foot and vehicle to safeguard employees and facilities.
• Interact with guests, vendors, and staff to uphold brand experience.
• Respond to emergencies and document events per policies.
• Operate gatehouse logistics for inbound/outbound processes at select sites.
• Support security projects and investigations as directed.
