Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.

• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Support guests by welcoming and assisting at front of store; help guests find products in-store and online.
• Lead a security-conscious culture by maintaining safe standards throughout the store.
• Respond to and document security incidents accurately.
• Utilize escalation tools to resolve guest issues and maintain safety.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support per AP policies.
• Prevent theft by performing receipt checks on exposed high-dollar merchandise.
• Document all incidents in the system following AP policy.
• Train team members on merchandise protection and audit procedures.
• Operate the video surveillance system effectively.
• Provide safe and secure shopping experiences for guests and team members.
• Model safe working practices and keep the store clean.
