Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents and document actions in the case management system.
• Use Target's video surveillance system to monitor store activity.
• Greet guests and assist team members while maintaining a safe environment.
• Prevent theft by adhering to AP policies and conducting merchandise checks.
