Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a friendly service attitude.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management systems.
• Conduct merchandise checks and assist with theft prevention according to AP policies.
• Operate Target's video surveillance and security systems; support crisis and crowd management as needed.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain safe and secure environment and policies.
