Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests and team members at store front and floor.
• Maintain safe and secure standards throughout the store and exterior property.
• Respond to and document security incidents.
• Use escalation tools to resolve guest issues and ensure safety.
• Conduct merchandise protection and shrink recovery activities.
• Perform receipt checks to prevent theft and shortage.
• Document all incidents following AP policy and procedures.
• Operate the video surveillance system to monitor activity.
• Coach teammates on protection and audit procedures.
• Support leadership with shortage action plans and safety training.
