Maintain responsibility for coordinating security planning for foreign participation, international visits, meetings, technical exchanges, and partner-facing activities. Develop and maintain international-security procedures, visit documentation, access records, coordination packages, and tracking tools. Monitor international-security actions and resolve coordination issues that could affect mission schedules or sensitive information. Assess security implications of proposed partner activities and recommend controls that enable authorized collaboration. Support reviews and assessments of multinational activities to confirm consistent application of approved protections. Work without considerable direction.
6+ years of experience working with DoW projects involving foreign nations
3+ years ofexperienceworking in a multi-disciplined security program including support to Special Access Program or Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
3+ years of experiencewith security protocols, including security checks, oversight of secure spaces, or visitor access and badging
Experience with conducting risk management and risk analysis to evaluate security threats and vulnerabilities for each security discipline
Knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Volumes and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705
Ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders, including preparing briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence in fast-paced classified environments
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or the Physical Security Certification (PSC), and Acquisitions and Contracting Basics in the NISP IS123.16 certification
Experience with F-35 aviation operations
Experiencewith administrative duties such as scheduling execution of security related meetings, conferences, and other events and activities
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Knowledge ofUS International/Foreign Affairs objectives, Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes, or international relations policy objectives within Security Assistance
Ability to provide recommendations and innovative solutions
Ability to communicate and interact, in writing and orally, with colleagues, counterparts, senior officials in various US and foreign government military and civilian agencies, and representatives of diverse cultures with tact and diplomacy on all occasions
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of independent thinking and initiative, requiring minimal supervision

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
