Qualifications

  • Experience as a Facility Security Officer in a possessing facility.
  • Experience with government systems such as NISS, DISS, and CDSE.
  • Knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
  • Ability to operate independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasking in a changing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with collateral industrial security, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with collateral industrial security.
  • Completion of CDSE's FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities and Insider Threat Program for Industry Courses.
  • Experience with COMSEC, SCIFs, and SAPFs (Nice to have).
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 (Nice to have).
  • Ability to multitask (Nice to have).
  • Top Secret clearance (Must).
