Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe and secure.
• Crisis response, safety and crowd management; provide support to guests and team members.
• De-escalation and experience with physical security controls and culture.
• Use Target's video surveillance system and document incidents accurately.
• Submit documentation in the case management system following AP policy.
