Target is seeking a Target Security Specialist to help protect guests, team members, and assets at our Chicago store. You will engage with guests, participate in security duties, and support loss prevention through documented incident handling and merchandise protection.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ age, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests and team members at the front of store and on sales floor.
• Lead a physical security culture by maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store.
• Respond to and document security incidents accurately.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support as needed.
• Operate and understand Target's video surveillance system and escalation tools.
