Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests at the front of store.
• Promote a physical security culture throughout the store and exterior property.
• Respond to and document security incidents promptly.
• Address guest issues to provide a safe environment for guests and team.
• Use de-escalation tactics and manage incidents across the store.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and assist with theft apprehension per AP policy.
• Prevent loss by verifying receipts and communicating trends to AP.
• Document incidents in the case management system following AP procedures.
• Utilize Target's video surveillance system effectively.
