Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Meet state/local licensure/requirements for the position.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Document incidents accurately in the case management system and respond to security events.
• Use de-escalation techniques and Target's video surveillance system to maintain safe environments.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and assist with theft apprehension as needed.
• Perform receipt checks and communicate trends to prevent theft and shortages.
• Support peers, adapt to business needs, and perform other duties as required.
