Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience. Greet guests and assist with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Document incidents promptly in case management systems.
• Respond to security incidents using de-escalation tactics.
• Assist with merchandise checks and prevent theft by following AP policies.
