Clemens Food Group in Hatfield Township, PA is seeking a Security Specialist to safeguard employees and facilities. You will monitor systems, enforce safety rules, and support emergency response to incidents across a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with de-escalation techniques and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Safety enforcement: implement and enforce safety rules to minimize accidents and product damage.
• Proactive patrols: inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
• Access control: manage main/employee entrances and shipping/receiving areas to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
• 24/7 security operations: oversee Security Operations Center and monitor life safety systems, access control, and surveillance.
• Emergency response: collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
• Incident investigation: conduct investigations of internal and external incidents.
• Security program execution: implement Emergency Action Plans, risk assessments, and related programs.
• Additional duties: perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, BAT/UDT, and help improve security processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents and product damage.
• Proactive Patrols: Regularly inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
• Access Control: Manage access to the main and employee entrances, as well as shipping and receiving areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
• 24/7 Security Operations: Oversee our Security Operations Center, monitoring life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and more.
• Emergency Response: Collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external incidents.
• Security Program Execution: Implement Emergency Action Plans, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, and other security programs.
• Additional Duties: Perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, and security patrols. Conduct Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT). Assist in developing and improving security processes.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: High school diploma or GED must be over 18, and legally authorized to work in the USA.
