Job summary

U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs seeks a Security Forces Plans, Publications, and Forms Manager to implement strategic planning for base force protection.

Job description

The primary purpose of this position is: To implement strategic planning for base force protection programs.

Key Responsibilities

Duty 1: Serves as the Security Forces Plans, Publications, and Forms Manager. Duty 2: Responsible for all matters involving the installation/wing priority resource and restricted area sensors, security systems, and physical security aids, to include intrusion detection equipment, closed circuit television systems, and restricted area fencing and lighting. Duty 3: Acts as the focal point for the unit anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP) program.

Duty 4: Serves as the unit Functional Area Agreement Coordinator (FAAC) as prescribed in AFI 25-201.
