Job summary

BTAS, Inc. is seeking a Security Solution Application Support specialist to administer, integrate, and optimize cybersecurity defense tool suites for USTRANSCOM at Scott AFB in Illinois.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, IAT Level II, CSSP-IR, and on-site support with occasional travel; you will protect NIPRNet/SIPRNet and collaborate with DoD institutions to ensure secure, reliable operations across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Cybersecurity Technology.
• IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ (ce), CySA+, etc.
• CSSP-IR certification, such as CompTIA PenTest, EC-Council CEH, etc.
• Tanium/CrowdStrike or other security tool administration experience

Responsibilities

• Perform administration, integration, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity defense tool suite applications supporting network and host defense capabilities.
• Support integration of USTRANSCOM cybersecurity defense tool suites with JRSS and DoD services and other products.
• Protect and defend USTRANSCOM’s NIPRNet and SIPRNet enclaves, including cloud and on-premises environments.
• Provide on-site support at Scott AFB and other locations as needed.
• Install, configure, operate, and administer government-furnished cybersecurity tool suites.
