Canonical is seeking exceptional security-focused software engineers to contribute across product teams. You will challenge the team to think more deeply about security through threat modeling, architecture reviews, static analysis, and fuzzing, among other practices.

These roles cover security engineering, vulnerability response, proactive security, and open source community participation. Expect collaboration with Canonical teams, customers, and upstreams in a globally distributed setting.

Qualifikationen

• Strong academic record at school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or STEM, or compelling alternative path.
• Thorough understanding of common security vulnerabilities and fixes.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques.
• Experience as a security champion and driving security in SSDLC.
