Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an empowered range.

Location: McDonough, GA 30253

Pay: $20 / hour

Employment Type: Full Time

Availability: 6am - 2pm

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of security supervisor experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, possibly required before employment.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in scheduling and billing software for report generation.
• Ability to enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
• Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings.
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
